This option is an example of a standard patio umbrella. The cost is less than $1000.

  • must be from SunSetter Awnings, model MA Pro in color 'Charcoal Tweed'

  • the awning must be retracted at all times when the deck is unoccupied

  • the awning must be kept in good working order and condition

  • the homeowner is responsible for any damage caused by the structure to the owners home or other neighboring properties

  • if the HOA determines that these conditions have not been met, then the awning will be removed by the HOA at the cost of the owner

  • Cost is approximately $5000
