The Board has selected a new stain color for decks in the community; to be applied when owners are ready to restain. For those that have front decks too, the railings will remain painted but any areas requiring stain will also be the semi-transparent coffee color found here:
Deck Stain: BEHR Premium Semi-Transparent Waterproofing Stain & Sealer
Color: Coffee
Note: Select the stain brand of your choice and match the Coffee color

Exterior Paint
Please submit a request to the Board for the approval of a paint color before beginning the painting process. Fill out the request form below and the Board will respond within 7 days. Our intention is to keep within the earthy tones currently used in the neighborhood. In the 'Message' area state the paint brand and colors that you would like to use, as well as, the specific location (siding, shutters, railing, etc).
