Gila Heat Control 3-in-1 Window film product has been approved with the following stipulations:
 

1. If there are creases, bubbles, or if the film significantly turns color over time the board will request that it is removed at the owner's expense.

2. For a consistent look, all windows must be done on the back of the home or the front of the home, or the entire home (so not just one window).

3. The film must cover the whole window.

The board strongly encourages the use of a contractor that does these types of applications to mitigate the challenges of tinting windows.
