As the pioneers of the Terraces at Depot Park, we as residents endeavor to create a community that respects each other; talks to each other; and looks out for each other. Our goal is that our neighborhood becomes a highly sought-after location to live, work, and have fun.

The HOA serves all homeowners, and therefore, we conduct ourselves with respect, dignity, and in the spirit of democracy. We propose, discuss, and vote on all reasonable community business, and the board represents and responds to community resolutions humbly, judiciously, and consistently in the name of ALL residents.
